Welcome to NearU App! To ensure a positive experience for all users, we require all sellers to adhere to the following guidelines. By registering as a seller on NearU App, you agree to comply with this Seller Policy.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Sellers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
1.2. Sellers must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
1.3. Sellers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding their products and business operations.


2. Prohibited Items

Sellers are not allowed to list, sell, or promote the following:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
  • Hazardous materials, weapons, or controlled substances.
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights.
  • Pornographic, obscene, or offensive materials.
  • Any other products prohibited by NearU App or applicable law.

3. Product Listings

3.1. Accuracy: All listings must include accurate descriptions, prices, and images of the products. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Quality: Products must meet the quality standards outlined in NearU App’s guidelines.
3.3. Categories: Sellers must list products in the correct categories to facilitate buyer searches.


4. Transactions and Payments

4.1. All transactions must be conducted through the NearU App platform. Sellers are prohibited from directing buyers to conduct transactions off the platform.
4.2. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with their sales.


5. Shipping and Returns

5.1. Sellers must process and ship orders within the specified timeframe. Delays must be communicated to buyers promptly.
5.2. Sellers are responsible for providing tracking information for shipped items.
5.3. Sellers must honor NearU App’s return and refund policy.


6. Seller Conduct

6.1. Treat buyers with respect and professionalism.
6.2. Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices.
6.3. Refrain from soliciting or harassing buyers outside the NearU App platform.


7. Suspension and Termination

NearU App reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of this policy, without prior notice. Sellers may appeal account suspension by contacting support@nearu.in.


8. Liability and Indemnity

Sellers assume full responsibility for their products and agree to indemnify NearU App against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their listings or sales.


9. Policy Updates

NearU App reserves the right to update this Seller Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the app. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
